What this website collects
Browsing this website requires no account and no personal information. If you contact us through the contact page or by email, we receive what you send (your name, contact details and message) and use it only to respond. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Our internal tools and Google user data
MAX AEC LLC operates internal software (the OAuth application named MAX AEC App) that connects to Google services under our own Google accounts. These tools are used only by our own team; they have no public sign-in and no outside users. Through them we access, with Google OAuth consent:
- Google Search Console data for websites we own or manage (search queries, impressions, clicks and positions), used to plan and measure our own content.
- Google Ads keyword planning metrics for our own advertising account (average monthly searches and competition figures), used for the same internal research.
This data describes the performance of our own properties in Google products. It is stored on infrastructure we control, is not sold, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising targeting. Access tokens are held server-side and can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s security settings.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Contact correspondence is kept only as long as the conversation it belongs to is live. Data our internal tools hold from Google APIs is kept while it is useful for the research it was collected for and is deleted when it no longer is. To ask about or request deletion of anything covered by this policy, write to info@maxaec.com.
